Default Prelude throwing Code 43

I'm fairly knowledgable when it comes to this crap but just wanted some input. My buddies throwing code 43 on his h22a engine. Stock fuel pump, stock injectors, AEM FPR (set at stock), Venom nitrious (never ran though is wired up). He had a issue a while back when he installed his STR fuel rail and didnt read the directions especially the part that said IF YOU ARE RUNNING A OEM FPR YOU NEED TO TAP THE HOLE FOR IT. Which caused his fuel pressure to sore to over 60psi. Might have even hit 80psi not sure. Ouch... Anyways we fixed the issue but i dont know if its coming back to haunt him. I installed a p28 ECU on it recently which was tuned and is mint condition (i personally did it so i know its good). What do you guys think may be wrong? he has a new fuel filter he never installed i told him to replace that because its a easy fix to start with.

thanks for your input. he may have caused some long term damage when the fuel pressure went beyond stock. I may have a extra o2 he can try hopefully this fixes his problem. if not i guess he'll just have to try it one thing at a time.
