H22 Rebuild, No Fuel Pressure = Frustration!
At this point I'm frustrated to **** ... Changed all fuses relating to the fuel system, changed the main relay that's located at the bottom of the steering wheel, and changed my fuel pump with a walbro 255lph. When I turn it on to crank, it will crank with starter fluid so that obviously means there is spark that's coming from the spark plugs. I have also checked if there was fuel coming out of the fuel lines (hose that connects from the fuel filter to the fuel rail) and turned the car on and there is NO fuel pressure. At this point, my only option is to connect a manual switch to the fuel pump? I am pretty slumped. PLEASE HELP!

There is NO fuel pressure. That's what this thread is about. Please keep in mind I have switched out the 16 year old factory fuel pump with a Walbro 255LPH and there is still no fuel pressure or no signs of the pump turning on at all. I have taken off the evap canister if that does anything but I doubt it. I've just tried to throw in the evap canister on and hooked up the two plugs onto the harness but that didn't do anything as well.

Youre not giving enough info - what exactly youre doing there? Just changing fuel pump and if so why or something else as well?

Alright, I think you need to start to actually troubleshoot this problem. You need to figure out if it is an electrical problem or fuel system problem. Easiest way to do that is break out your Multi Meter and see what voltage is getting to the pump. If no/incorrect voltage is getting to the pump then work your way through the electrical side for the fuel system until you've narrowed it down to a component. If the Fuel pump is getting voltage you need to check if its pushing pressure that's getting stuck somewhere downstream. disconnect line at fuel filter and see if you've got pressure before filter and while you're there, go ahead and replace it since it's a b**ch to get to. then keep working your way through the fuel system. Also, please add more info about what you're working on and if you've done any recent maintenance.

So I am hoping it's the wires that connect to the fuel pump, but we will see whe I get back from work. Is there a plug that maybe unplugged that connects to the engine or something that I possibly forgot to plug back in?

I also just dropped in the engine 4 days ago currently atm is rebuilt. My issue at the moment is no fuel pressure or the fuel pump is not getting any power at all.

Yeah it sounds like something was missed in the re-assembly process if it ran before.
Unless you have a gauge on there, it can be tough to tell if you are getting pressure in the system or not, as opposed to fuel to the engine. You could have pressure to the rail, but nothing into the engine if the injectors are not firing, maybe something like resistor box not plugged in, or a harness pin not making connection properly somewhere.
First steps, make sure the pump is running when you turn the key on, if not, go through troubleshooting that again. If it is running, then check everything to the injectors....

Re: H22 Rebuild, No Fuel Pressure = Frustration!
I have checked the voltage on the main relay, fuel pump, fuel pump plugs, and sanded down all the grounds and I still didn't get any power to the fuel pump. I took it a step further to think it was my stock ecu so I pulled that out and threw in the P28 ecu hondata and nothing No power whatsoever.......... I do not know what to do at this point but call a Honda specialist in electrical circuits and pay him/her. What the **** should I do? Is there a plug sensor on the engine that keeps the fuel pump from getting power? I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!

There's a break down somewhere in the wiring between the main relay and fuel pump it sounds like. Run a new wire.

Re: H22 Rebuild, No Fuel Pressure = Frustration!
I found the problem.... Don't know why but I threw in the obd2 code read and it reset the ecu allowing signal to the fuel pump.... Never felt so dumb in my life because it was as simple as plugging in a code reader....
