grindin into 3rd

hey im grindin into 3rd gear when i shift fast at high rpms... what causes it and how do i fix it?

its most likley your synchros, its a common problem wit hondas, is it a 5th gen?

How long since the tranny oil was replaced ? If long ago perhaps a new batch of tranny oil will help to cure it. Stick with Honda fluid or a good leading make lots of others speak highly of GM syncromesh.
