tranny wont go into 4th or 5th gear
ok i was cruising it was running fine then all the sudden it popped out of 5th then i put it in 4th then it popped out theres a scracting noise any one have any clues im hoping its just low on gear oil but i know im gonna have to pull the tranny off somebody respond thanks

fill that sucker up with Honda manual tranny oil ASAP before it gets any worse. bcuz sooner or later or maybe its too late...itll have major fuckups

its too late man i put the car in 5th gear when the car was off and i could roll it freely same thing in 4th so i swapped out tranny's im hoping its not to far fugged up but who knows i checked the gear oil and it was fine im lost

i just had the same problem! sucks....i just took the tranny apart....the fifth and reverse syncros are gone and the shift fork is messed up.....it sucks cuz i was on the way to la to dyno my car
but i broke fifth and reverse.....not fourth and fifth.....
