swap them out and see if it's a fix it ticket. A lot of states will give you 72 hours to go by the police station if you've fixed it and they'll sign off on it. The cop may not tell you because they don't *have* to... it's a way that they get money.

 

here in cali i think if its a fix it ticket, which i think it has to be for stuff like side marker lights, you can just change them, get them written off by another cop, and then pay a filing fee of like 20 bucks or something.

yeah you can only have red side reflectors in the rear sides, just like those older accords

 

just put back the stock one and get the ticket sign off by a cop. It's a $10 fix it ticket the first time.
