Default Fuel Pump?

I was driving my car today and it felt a little sluggish. It seemed as if it was bogging a bit, and the rev limiter would kick in at about 6500 (i have a 93 SI with an h23 and 103,000). I parked the car, and went to start it a bit later and now it wont start. It cranks but it will not turn over, it hesitates a little after i turn the key and than just dies. I am thinking it could be a bad fuel pump, what do you guys think?

you'll want to check distributor, plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, and fuel pump. It could be any one of those causing it (I'd start with the distributor, then fuel, then spark)
