A/F problem

A/F problem
My A/F gauge will not work right. I have everthing wired up correctly.
if I tap the signal wire (White) one lean light will stay on steady and
the stoch light will glow dimmly. I've checked all connections countless
times.

OK. I was just outside playing with this. Tried the other three wires nothing
different lights just stayed on. I noticed I left the O2 sensor unpluged while
starting the car and didnt get a cel. the ecu must be getting some voltage
somewhere is what I'm thinking. The sensor must be cross wired is all I can
think off. Let me know If anyone dissagres
