engine trobles

i have a h23 nonvtech motor with tubo. stock internals and havn a bit of a smoken problem. theres smoke pourn out of the oil breather and it wont start. my copressions down to 75 in all cylinders. what could be the problem!!!!

sounds like the pistons/rings/ringlands gave out...
