Default engine shaking

Hi erveryone i was wondering if anyone know about my proplem or have had it before on there prelude?
i have a honda prelude 2001 atts h22z1 and the proplem is that after ive put on a heavy duty clutch and a liten flywheel on it my motor starts to shake when u slowly let go of the clutch does anyone have a clue im thinking it mite be the fylwheel but not to sure any help??? cheers

Sounds like chattering with a lightweight flywheel, and improper break-in on the clutch.

To get it to go away you may need to pull it out, get the flywheel skimmed, and re-install it, and break it in properly. My also be worth going to a heavier flywheel for better driveability.

Depends on the mechanic and their hourly rate... I think book time to change it is around 6 hours. If you can remove and install it yourself, it should be 50$ or so to machine the flywheel. If you had a shop do the initial install go back for possible warranty. However you may have a hard time if you supplied them the parts...

this may sound dumb but you are giving it throttle pedal in relation to clutch release?

I want to know the same question. I had a heavy duty clutch on my gsr and it would shake a little bit if I didnt give it more gas than usual. The clutch, throwout bearing and flywheel were all ok. I called ACT and they stated it was a normal occurrence with a 6 puck.
