engine keeps shuting of HELP
Hopefully, your valves aren't bent. That could only occur if your timing belt broke, or the tensioner for it, causing the valves to contact a piston on the upstroke, or if you overheated it badly enough, I think. If your ignition system is all good, then check for air and fuel-related issues. Vacuum leaks and shorts can happen, causing this kind of problem. Is this happening on an H22? Lots of vacuum lines on that motor. Check them all.

the car runs for like 2-5 mins before shutting off and it wont start again up for about 20 mins or so of wait once in a while it will start right back up but die again. It is an h22 in a civic. Could it be the plug wires or just bad grounds?

If it runs for a few minutes before dying out, it's likely that there are no vacuum leaks. Those would be evident soon after starting it. It sounds like it quits running when it reaches operating temperature, which could indicate a problem with the coolant temperature sensor, located on the thermostat housing, or an electrical short related to the cooling fan that could cause it to die. Check some fuses, both under the dash, and under the hood, and make sure none are blown. That's a strange problem, and I don't profess to be a mechanic, but I've owned a Honda, the same Honda, for many years, and I've had every problem you can imagine, due to my own stupidity, mostly. There should be a cooling fan relay in the under-hood fuse box, which could be suspect. Other than that, check for shorts in the Idle air control system or the fuel system. Maybe the PGM-FI main relay is burnt out, causing it to kill the engine when it gets warm. My buddy has an H22 in a '94 Prelude that has 300,000 miles on it, still runs strong, so I would suggest that the problem is minor, and electrical.
