Emissions Failure !
I did a search and have a few ideas, but its a real **** off because i just had the motor rebuilt.. so basically everything on the motor side is new.
My HC levels were over the limit by about 50 or so. I also had the cat and o2 sensor replaced as well so I'm not sure what else it could be? I'm thinking either the injectors, or maybe raising the idle and adding some methyl hydrate would be good enough . any ideas?

Do you guys think that compression would have anything to do with it? the motor stock is 10.5:1 however during the rebuild I put in 9:1 pistons instead to get ready for boost. Its untuned at the moment, would this be the reason possibly?
well as long as all the fule in the chamber is being burned i dont see how compression would effect it.. unless the 9:1 comp isnt burning all the fule.. but idk ?
umm.... thats a pretty large detail to leave out. ill go ahead and say yes that could contribute to it. when you're running a stock map on 9:1 pistons, don't you think the fuel maps would be significantly off? high HC iirc is normal for lower compression, high NOx is for high comp
