Ok maybe i can't read this for crap but when i check the code I get 4 blinks in a row and then one long blink at the end. Is that 2 codes or just one. THanks

92 Prelude, H22a4 with a P13

 

Long Blinks = double digit value
Short Blinks = single digit value.

Based on that I'd say you have a code 4 and a code 10

4 = CKP Sensor (Crankshaft Position Sensor) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

10 = IAT Sensor (Intake Air Temperature) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

 

ok, no more of those codes. I have another one. 14 the IAC valve. I've checked all the vaccum lines and everything. I get a hesitating sound from the motor at like 1200 rpm. Anyone with a H22A4 in a 92 SI can help me out on the vaccum line and such.
