I don't know, I don't think anyone has ever tried them.

I've heard the Megan ones are alright, but they're pretty much just cheap replacements. Don't expect to get any major gains from them

I've got some piece of crap that's suffocating in ugly *** heat wrap, but other than the way it looks, it sounds mean! For $100 I'm not sure I'm losing too much of anything.

They did surprisingly well too from what I remember, at least he approved of them. I've got a megan with a 2.5" collector, its pretty nice for the money.

I have had two pairs of Ebay headers. The only problem I had is after about 2 years and 40k miles or so the flexpipe goes bad. Which isnt bad.

The design is a copy cat off the megan, toucan and vibrant. And if you do a 2.5 collector I bet these would be just as good as the others with the same modifications. Plus you would get rid of the flex pipe problem.

If I was trying to spend less then $400 on a header I would go for the ebay at $95 shipped. and do the 2.5 collector.

There are a generic no-name brand headers on ebay. They are DC knock offs. They are called like DCS or some crap. Anyway, dont get them, get the megan. Ive heard bad things about every set of cheap headers, except Megan, which I own, and they are great. But next time Im gonna have to remember to wash the header off before starting the car.

the header turns a goldish color when its heated up if its clean and free from any skin oil or other things.

Yes, I always post useless little things and that's why I have 7k posts. I never help anybody.

Did you read the original question? It's about the most generic vague thing I have heard in a long time. eBay is not a brand or anything, you can get all kinds of headers on eBay, so how can you just say that 'eBay headers' are or are not junk.

I should have been more helpfull but sometimes if the topic creator just doesn't even try it's hard to give a usefull response.

And the list could go on forever.........
