ebay headers
in my opinion they are worth it... say they crack in a year, then u buy another set and throw them on... they are like 50 bucks, so you could probably get 4 or 5 years worth for the price of one dc header.
the gains of any sub 500 dollar header are gonna be pretty nominal so who cares.
i dynoed at 180 whp with ebay header, ebay intake (w/ k&n filter), ebay exhaust, stock cat... no problems with anything except the exhaust, which is now replaced with a WS2
if you asking strictly about gains... you probably wont see anything over 1 or 2 hp. they are pretty much on par with stock headers, but less durable.

I bought and dynoed a set of ebay crap on my friends car a couple months back, as part of a bet. Gain with headers was 12whp, over stock. I had a set of Ractive headers on my car up until i went turbo and they worked awesome for the 40 dollars i paid for em. Ur not going to get the gains of a $1000+ header simply because they have put TONS of research into their items to eliminate hot spots and flow restriction, an ebay header is just someone welding larger pipes onto a H series flange, there will be gains regardless. its worth it if you just want to open your car up a little bit and lose that ugly restrictive stock manifold. if your looking for a race car, open your wallet
