Does it Work?

hey guys came upon this sun hyper voltage type mr system for my 5th gen prelude...does anyone have it install in their prelude or another car? if so can u feel any increase of voltage to power?

So, a noise filter for your electric system that is jumpered across the battery terminals is going to increase power and fuel efficiency?
