Default couple problems

i have a 95 prelude S, and i needed to change the oil this week, but as i unloosen the bolt, it just keeps on spinning. wtf?! the bolt refuses to come out. only thing i can think of is that i might have a stripped oil pan...ne know what the problem is?

Another problem i have, is that for some reason it wont let me spray winshield washer fluid. Ne one got any thoughts on that? and do i take it in b/c of airbags? dont kno if that will be a problem takin off the steering column.
Thanks

did the same thing to my oil pan bolt. Gotta get pressure on it and it will back out. Then goto napa auto parts and get a oversized oil pan bolt. It bolts in and has another bolt on that bolt so u never actually have to back out the big bolt that is oversized.

Get a flat-head screwdriver between the bolt-head and the oil pan and pry outward as you back out the bolt.

Check your fuse to your windshield washer... does the motor make noise when you try to use it?
