im having a hard time starting my car when the engine is cold.the car keeps trying to stall out after i turn the key and i have too rev my engine to about 4000 rpm's for a good minute before its ok to let it idle.and then sometimes it'll idle around 750 rpm's and at other times it'll be at like 1500 rpm's.What's wrong?

 

Sounds like a bad sensor or missing vaccum lines.

My idle jumps on cold, it's my EGR valve that is dirty. Take it off (should be on your TB, it is on my SRV) and clean it out with brake cleaner. Put it back on and voila, good to go. I'm too lazy to do it to mine haha. Don't break it, it's a 350$ part.

 

egr valve = on intake manifold right?
