i just recently bought a '99 prelude. and yesterday my check engine light came on. the thing is it was after i recently got my alarm done. does anyone know what it could be? my car passed smog fine and everything cause it was just done last week. the oil and transmission oil were all changed last week too. so any clue? help i am low on money so im hoping this isnt a serious problem

 

AutoZone knows what it could be, go ask them what the code is.

so apparently autozone does not do free CEL checks anymore in california... does anyone know any place that does in OC or SD?
