Default CEL code 80?

OK, important info. I replaced the thermostat and the oil pressure sensor on my ATTS unit two weeks ago. Since then, the ATTS light has been coming on intermittently. Today, the CEL came on when I started the car. I drove to AutoWeDontKnowShítZone to have the code pulled. Their unit received no info from my OBDII port. They suggested I have a wiring or fuse problem. So I jumped the blue connector and CEL blinks 80, ATTS blinks 4 or more different codes, and ABS blinks 3 or more different codes. Car is running a bit rough, very slight, but I have faint ticking noise at idle. No, it's not a bomb. I know my throwout bearing is shot (I made the mistake of using aftermarket instead of Honda and it died within a month of installation). Car has <105k miles. A month and a half ago I got a code for my EGR (P0116, Coolant Temp, CKT performance). I reset the ECU and it never came back. My OBDII port worked fine obviously. Since that time, I installed the header and VAFC-II, and dyno-tuned it.

Mods are:
VAFC-II w/ PnP harness
Hytech replica header
Carsound highflow cat
O2 simulator
Custom 2.5" exhaust
Car is lowered about 1" on GCs.

Anyone familiar with code 80 or know a site with the codes listed? Obviously I've looked but only found the OBDII codes.

abs codes are stored until they are reset (resetting the ecu does NOT reset abs codes), so that could have been from whenever and is probably not pertinent if your abs light is not on. atts codes will not come through the obd port because they are not part of the obd standard nor are they stored in the ecu. knowing the codes the atts is throwing would be very helpful; unfortunately you have to sit and count and the blinks. my guess is you'll see codes 78 and/or 79 if you're seeing multiple codes, but knowing the others will help the troubleshooting process.

Resetting the ECU removed the CEL. But I do intend on cleaning it soon.
