CEL - Code 1?! & ABS light code?

CEL - Code 1?! & ABS light code?
By following the instrustion from http://www.c-speedracing.com/faq.php
the signal I read from the flashing CEL is 1 (short), which means:
"Oxygen Sensor "A" (Primary) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor"
So, what can I try to do other than getting a new O2 sensor?
Note: Washed engine bay about 5 days ago then sat in the garage, started the car today and it ran fine for the day, then CEL came on tonight. Reset ECU, CEL came back on after idle for 3 mins. Car runs fine with the VTEC came on like normal.
Q2: I was checking the CEL code and noticed the ABS light kept flashing. Based on the same "rules" apply for CEL code, what I read from ABS light was 8-long-1-short (81?) and 1-short-6-long (16?) what does that mean?
