Default building a head

hey guys, i just got rid of the eg hatch and i picked up a sweet, and so clean 98 silver prelude 5 speed. im going all motor and i want to build a head first to open the motor up, but ill have most of the bolt ons before the head is finished. i want to p-n-p the head but i cant have the car out of comission for more then a day or two. on my mini-me the valves and cam lashings were easy to understand when i had to put that head back together and im hoping the dohc h22 wont be TOO different and shouldnt be to much trouble for me to accomplish. i was hoping some of you n/a gods could advise me on a good head combo. if it will leave the car out of commission for a couple days i could just plan on buying a head from a junkyard and using it instead. thanks for the advice guys

o, and a new dyno place opened up about 5 mins from my house so ill be able to tune it pretty well with a safc-2 and upgraded fuel pressure if it will be needed, not sure if just a opened up and upgraded head will need more fuel pressure over stock but im guessing it will at least need the air fuel corrected since more air will be flowing then stock? thanks for the input
