Bleeding the coolant system.
Alright, here's my dilemma, this vacuum hose or what have you, is blocking me from using a wrench, socket, etc. to loosen up that bolt so i can bleed my coolant system. I've tried takin it off but it's practically impossible....for anybody who has ever done this...what would you reccomend?

Looks like you might be able to get a ring spanner onto that, if your short of turning space try one of those ring spanners with a ratchet built into it.
can i ask why you need to bleed? if you are replacing the coolant/water mix in your system, you really don't have to bleed the system at all.
1. just drain out the old coolant/water,
2. fill up radiator w/ new coolant water mix to the top (not the very top, but high enough so that you can see), do not close the radiator cap, start your motor.
3. as the engine warms up, you may need to add more coolant/water.
4. shut down engine after a few min and you should be good to go.
is your system in need of a bleeding? unless you NEED to bleed, i found that it's not necessary.

to tell you the truth i as well as many of my friends have had many motors apart and drianed out anitfreeze many times and never once bled the cooling system. it is a system of circulating water/collant, that will likely get any air out by just runing the car .. has always worked for me

That looks accessible to an open end wrench. Have you ever seen those wrenches that have a ratchet in them?
Do a search for ratcheting wrench. It looks like that would work in your case.
