Hey guys,
I have a big *** problem. when ever I step on the gas the car starts to violently buck (shake and rock back and forward) and makes a puttering sound. the only time I can drive it is when I sloooooowly gas and slooooowly release the clutch. Doesn't seem like it lost power but when you try to "get up on it" it starts to act like a ******* HORSE!!!!

HELP PLEASE!

Did you check your ignition setup (ie plugs, wires, etc.)? I'm having trouble w/ my swap a little, can I ask you a few questions about yours? If so pm me. Thanks!

 

what was the last thing you did to the engine before it started acting like this or did it just start happening out of the middle of nowhere?

 

I'd say ignition. Try getting a new cap and rotor.

This problem just came outta no where... I checked the plugs wires cap and rotor, and they all checked out good... then I went on to check the fuel system... So i swapped the injectors with integra injectors... runs fine but bogs a little on the high end because they can't pump that much fuel.
So I guess I narrowed it down to the injectors being clogged.
But my question is how??? I live in cali so i always pump 91 octane and add some booster to it.. i just changed the fuel filter about 4 months ago.
Is there another filter besides the fuel filter???

And anyone have H22A injectors for sale (OBD1)

Its really bothering me... I lost to an INTEGRA the other day because the car was bucking like a FREAKIN horse!!!
