Default Best setup for N/A ?

Alright.. I would appreciate it if anyone could give me some feedback on the type of manufacture to go with and the type of gains you have experienced or i should intecipate.

The bottom end already has crower rods, je pistons (11.5:1), ge sleeves.

I wanna work on the head either using a whole set from, skunk2, crower, or jun
ex: cams, valves, springs, retainer

Could you guys help me? Any feedback would be useful. Thanks

i went with the whole jun head. They use stock valves but everything else is theirs.

Good parts, good power. Where in OC are you ?

Was not quantified. If he took the poor B to 9000 and misshifted then crower does not necessarily suck. But if he was pulling casually from a stop light then yes, in that case Crower sucks. Which is it it does not say. Also it depends on which retainers they were. The early design was not that great and was later revised. Anyway My friend has H22 Crower springs, retainers, cams and his pulls quite well. going strong for 5000 miles.

I can vouch for JUN cams. Was easily over 200whp on a stock bottom end with the right header.
