Default Bearing Question.

I'm rebuilding my H22 and need help finding the correct set of ACL Race bearings for it. Can anyone help me understand the difference between the std ones and the "extra oil clearance" bearings. I have the part numbers, just don't know which ones to order. The motor is an JDM H22a but it is a Euro-R. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty much exactly what they say, the standard bearings are meant to be within stock specs for clearance, the extra clearance ones would be a slightly thinner bearing, allowing more oil to flow through. If you aren't measuring clearances, I would probably go with the standard ones. Too much oil and it will just wash around instead of creating the film layer it should, and will also not transfer heat as well.

So should I run the race bearings, or the regular bearings?

I'm assuming your car is not a track car that is being rebuilt often, so I suggest the regulars.
