What are some basic things you can do to the h23 just to keep it running right, like proper maintance, mileage you should get certain things changed, like spark plugs and that kinda stuff, i know about oil changes every 2-3k, timing belt every 75-100k, is there anything else that would make the car run better?

Change power stearing, brake and tranny fluid once a year. I also change my timing belt every 65,000.
