Any of you 4th genners with the legend caliper upgrade, please read
Mods, if this topic is inappropriate, please feel free to move it. It's specific to the targeted audtence, and is both tech and classified related.
4th Genners:
1) Did your legend calipers come with a bracket?
2) What is the size (and number? 28T?)
3) Did you change to a 23T or 24T bracket when using the VTEC rotors?
4) Do any of you still have the larger bracket left over? I need it, apparently.
5) Do any of you need a 23T bracket? When I get the two front brackets I need, I'll have 2 23T spares.

no my calipers did not come with a bracket
i am using the stock vtec mounting bracket, and stock vtec rotors and pads, i think the stock vtec bracket is a 23T i believe,
oh yeah and no 5mm shim yet
tell me more what car is this going on and why do you think you need the bigger bracket?i have a 94 vtec, it all directly bolted up ,, did you some how find a rotor that is 28 mm thick and has the right 4 x 114.3 lug pattern , becasue i was looking into this???

I have a 5th gen, and I upgraded to the 28mm Legend rotor. Apparently, the caliper brackets (23T) only fit a 23mm rotor or smaller. My stock brackets are 23T, and Kragen did not include brackets with these calipers when they shipped them to me.

lol yeah well, if I find one I'll let you know. For now I just need someone who bought the 28T brackets but didn't use them, or NEEDS 23T for their 4G. Then we can swap

ok, i don't have a prelude, but i do have an accord and i been reading a lot on this, there are 3 brackets (that i know off) there is the 23T you mention, the 25T (i think comes with accord, but i'm confused on this as well) and the 28T, the calipers usually comes with the 28T (at least the 2 pistons legend calipers).
You can use the 25T on 23mm thick discs, also, you can use the 28T on 23MM discs. I don't think this will make much difference, but i would recommend to try to find the bracket that is closer to your disc.
Hope i helped.

That's correct. I got the calipers from a Legend, but they came without brackets, and I got the legend 28mm 5 lug rotors. Basically, I'l have the same front setup as a legend. I just need the caliper brackets.
