Well accessed the damage on my ac today, the ac compressor blew out- busted a seal or something now its tearing away at the belt so the lude will be down for a bit. Anyways the cheapest one nearby is about $400, so a friend of mine told me jdmshit.com used to have a bracket for h22's that allowed you to use a sohc compressor. Thing is we have a sohc compressor off my fiancees eg hatch that we dont plan on using anymore- and i was thrilled when i found this out. Searched the site and theres no part like that but i did find this

I emailed to site to make sure they dont sale that bracket anymore- and im still learning about these things, but does that above statement mean that i am able to use a sohc compressor with the jdm h22a compressor bracket? Thats all i need just a new compressor and freeon and the new belt- guy checked all the wiring- its fine. Please help out guys, kinda bummed since the only real reason i bought this car was cuz it was a good price and had really cold ac now it blew out and well it stinks. sorry for the novel btw i just think its better to be descriptive
