Abs light and cel.

i just got done lowering my car and when i finished... the abs and cel are on...
also while driving u can hear a loud sound like two pieces of metal scraping each other........
would anyone happen to know what my problem is.

Edit: Turned off the cel and stopped the metal scrape...

pretty much uhh why is the Abs light on.....

All i can think of is you may have dislodged a wire or damaged one of the ABS wheel sensors , while you were lowering the car, really you need to pull the code that will be stored.

If the ABS light has never come on before the you lowered it you probably damaged a wheel sensor. My buddy did that when we put his teins on his 5th gen. If its come before then id check electrical because mine used to come off and on, but when i replaced distributor it went off, weird not sure why but just something to think about if u own a 4th gen

not to steal this thread, i had a abs light and cel after replacing two front 16' rims into the stock 15' steel donut. it's throwin an abs cel of abs pump motor. do i need to replace my pump motor?
