ABS LIGHT
i've had this abs light on in my 96 lude for some time now and i need to take the time to fix whatever the problem is i'm more or less clueless as to what the problem is, is there a general issue with these?

Pull codes and see whats wrong...
Disconnect the service check connector from the connector cover located behind the front of the center console. Connect the two terminals of the service check connector with a jumper wire. Turn the ignition switch ON, but do not start the engine. Record the blinking frequency of the ABS indicator light. The blinking frequency indicates the diagnostic trouble code
