Soooooo....ummm hey i was wandering if anyone out there lend me some advice, i have a 98 lude, and i did a paperclip jumper test for my check engine light and it read off these three codes yeah theres alot wrong with my car
65 Oxygen Sensor Heater (Secondary) malfunctioning or defective oxygen sensor heater
45 System Too Lean or Too Rich malfunction in the fuel monitoring systems
70 Automatic Transmission malfunction with the automatic transmission controls

not to mention i cant even get to high enough revs to activate my vtec, i think theres also something wrong with my ecu and it when this happened it wouldnt let me go passed 4k rpms and i was flooring it and was only going like 40 mph i think that might be called limp mode but im not sure, but whatever the case this sucks and im venturing itll be alot of money to fix it soooo any advice would be worth having,

With your CEL's you shouldn't under any circumstance being 'flooring it' the ecu is keeping you from using vtec so you don't F things up even further.

65 is obvious, get a new heated O2 sensor
45 could be a few different things, possibly injector, get a helms and follow the troubleshooting chart
70 more than likely transmission failure, the auto transmissions that came in the 5th gen is the worst auto trans honda has ever built, might be time to swap to manual.

Well kinda take that back about being badly made, triptronics were very new at the time, mostly why they don't last.

ooh ok thanks ^^ yeah i wasnt sure what was going on when it happened and i was trying to get out of the way when i was driving and i tried to go faster (aka flooring it) and it didnt go any faster lol, I just had the transmission rebuilt like almost a year ago, dunno if i can afford another trany much less a swap to manual, i wish i can change it to a five speed that would be bad ***

You had the same one rebuilt? Who did it? Honda dealers don't even rebuild auto transmissions anymore, costs too much to pay techs to do it, they just put in ones that have been rebuilt by Honda. I don't think I'll be much help about the trans problem though, I don't work on auto trans and it's been years since I've owned a car that had one.
