are you saying that a 96 OBDII P13 is the same thing as 92-95 OBDI P13?

im not calling you a liar, but when I took out my p13 from my 93 vtec model to my friend's 96 vtec model, he couldnt use my p13 ecu, b/c the plugs wouldn't fit.

The plug wouldn't fit because it is OBD II. The name P13 or P5M has nothing to do with what version of OBD it is and everything to do with model, generation and sometimes, as in this case, trim level. Calling these ECUs P13, P28, P72 etc is entirely an aftermarket and tuner thing.

No

The p5(x) ecus have immobilizers, so it wouldn't really work.... and if it did, the injectors are smaller, so it wouldn't run right....
