Not that my South Florida Perferemece manifold, I just got that. My old one's that one dyno, I bought at ebay for $200 that is the one can't flow more than 17psi at dyno. It looks like this, the runs are smaller than the S.F.P ..............

That is what my mechanic did, he start for the middle than worked his way out in criss cross pattern, he used three stage torque, but I don't remember the numbers.

what do you mean? I am using new OEM thermostat, I got big Koyo radiator with Acura dual Flex fans.
I think it over heat because the block and head are wrap, and the machine shop did not check for that when I sent them my head and block, they rip me off, or something.

I am using big Koyo radiator with stock cap, and on the hose when my car warm up, the hose fill like soft and looks like it was no pressure on the line. Is that why my car over heat? where can I get radiator cap for higher pressure the one you run the C&R cap?

Yes I did bleed the system, I think I need to get higher pressure cap like C&R cap.
Does anyone who had Koyo radiator, what kind of cap do they use? my stock one's looks like they don't close the radiator all the way, the radiator opening looks bigger then the cap.

I have a koyo on a customers car and I'm running a 16lb cap from NAPA. I do agree that it looks like it does not seal well. I also had a problem with a blown headgasket on his car but I feel it was a fluke incident.

Yes I bought a new stock cap for Honda dealer for my radiator and it looks like it is not sealing the Koyo radiator that well.
