Default 4ws and code 36

My 4ws is giving me grief, example: I start the car and all is good for as long as the car is parked. I can leave it parked turning the wheels left to right and all is still well. BUT, when I drive after about one minute and fifteen seconds the 4WS light comes on. I can momentarily turn the car off then on WHILE driving and the 4WS light turns off for another one minute and fifteen seconds but before the light turns back on, the system works fine. I've tried the "re-solder the relay's in the 4ws brain" but still no avail. I checked the codes and I'm throwing 36 (three long then six short) What the heck code is that? I cannot find it anywhere! I want to reset the 4ws brain but I need to clear the ecu codes first I believe. Any Suggestions, thoughts?? By the way it only started about 2 weeks ago. Thanks!!

Check your right rear abs sensor.

By the way it's a 92 Prelude-I forgot to mention. I checked all four sensors and found them to be dirty so I cleaned them and the gears they read. Is there a way to "Test" them for anything? I tried to reset the 4ws ECU according to the instructions I found here but the light lit up a only few times and I couldn't seem to finish the reset, then I tried many more times and got no light whatsoever. Maybe I should also mention that my ABS were turning on sporatically about a year ago so I removed the relay, well a few months ago I replaced the relay for the heck of it but the ABS won't do anything now. Any relation between the two?

Actually yes there is a relation. 4WS takes speed readings from abs sensors all around.
