Evening all,

I have an ABS code #13. LF wheel sensor. That is the only wheel I have the wheel weight on the inside of the wheel for balance. All the other three are on the outside of the wheel. Could that have anything to do with my code do you think? I thought the wheel sensor was looking at a pickup on my axle?

Any ideas?

The sensor is a hall effect sensor, the object in this case a toothed wheel that's used to disrupt the magnetic field of the sensor to generate the analog signal has to be close to the sensor since it's fairly low voltage and current. A wheel weight cannot interfere with this, it's probably a faulty sensor.
