I REALLY dont want to stand up for this kid, but i gotta. Now yes, he is a squid, but you never know maybe he did pay for the bike himself. Im paying for mine no problem and im still in high school, but i get the "ooooh look what mommy and daddy bought you" all the time. that being said I got all my gear on everytime i go out so most people dont notice im only 18 so its all good.

when they endanger their lives they also endanger innocent bystanders...so i guess that's ok according to you then...

I shouldn't have to foot a larger insurance bill because they fail at life and intelligence when they wad up their bike, then claim it on insurance.

Actually he already crashed. There was a huge thread over at gixxer.com (now deleted) where everyone was trying to unravel his lies. Somebody found his ebay s/n and he had bought a bunch of gixxer bodywork. He denied crashing, saying he had only crashed once before a few months ago on an R1. He posted pics of his injuries from the R1 crash and in the background there were pics of his gixxer on the computer (which he didn't have 2 months ago). When confronted he said it was someone else's bike. He's banned now and one can only hope he crashes a little bit harder next time. I've never wished that on anybody but I can't stand theives, and he tried to scam multiple people on gixxer.com as well as being a confirmed scammer on an airsoft forum.

i ride an 05 gixxer and to be honest i see more people on zuks without gear than any other bike. i always gear up. its not that im worried about going down its more that i worry about the people around me causing me to go down. suzuki is def squid bike of choice in MD.

 

ever since i moved to PA i've noticed a ton of squids on new R1's whats up w/ that.
