daining the fuel from the carbs is pretty common

one thing you could do is try to prime the carbs by putting a little bit of fuel in each carb and see if it will fire with that fuel

got it running finally put in the new plugs and poured a lil fuel down the carbs fired up. only thing is i had the idle screw way up for some reason so it went straight to 9 grand....ooops. now it kinda stutters when i try to speed up while rideing. i think its the battery cause that thing is dead and it has to be jumped off to start and even then the lights on the dash seem like they want to go out then brighten back up. oh and the other wonderful thing is it started raining soon as i got all the fairings back on it so i only got to ride up the road really quick.

and also while its sitting in neutral if i rev it up it backfires on the way back down.
