The Official 2005 Moto GP, WSBK, and AMA Superbike thread
All three major bike racing series or is everyone not really into racing here. I'd love to have an ongoing thread for WSBK, AMA, and Moto GP. Any takers?

I <3 MotoGP and AMA.
I haven't really gotten into WSBK yet but I'm going to try too this year.
You plan on going to any AMA races this season?

Supposedly VIR is back on the schedule so I'll definitely do that. Then there's Laguna Seca so that's two. Don't know if I'll be able to do a third event because I'll have to tend to my race season (Honda Challenge) and I want to hit some World Challenge events too. Then I'm trying to go to Japan for WRC and F1 (which are on back to back weekends).

Damn that's a full schedule. I'm trying to hit up some races because a good family friend does some announcing for the AMA and my local shop here is run by someone who is the crew chief of an AMA team this year.
Paddock and press passes like whoa!

Road Atlanta = September 2-4
You may also wanna check out the AMA round at Barber (Birmingham) that's on April 22-24.
The VIR round has been rescheduled for August 26-28

Re: Can we have stickies for... (JMU R1)
I'm waiting on my '02 WSBK season review, one of the sickest seasons in recent history. I can't wait for the whole season to get going, first WSC race from Qatar this weekend will help. It's going to be hard holding out for MotoGP though....

I honestly think this season is going to be as good or better than 2002. Check the results from Qatar on crash.net. 4 manufacturers in the top 5 for both races!

Why do they need to be stickies or at the least why have stickies for each one? If people in here really are that interested in said series wouldn't a thread for each just suffice? I mean, if they get a lot of activity they'll stay on the first page anyway... this isn't exactly Classifieds.

Point taken. So should I just rename the thread and just use this one thread as the official 2005 Motorcycle Racing Thread?
