You have to remove the panel below the HVAC controls. (1 screw). Then 2 more bolts underneath the radio which you access from the now exposed Hvac controls. Drop the glove box, and disconnect the HVAC control lines. Then you have to pull the deck out (9 clips).
It's a lot harder then what I just mentioned FYI, check out some of the DIYS on fitfreak. I installed my own deck with the help of a friend and it was stressful. But I'm really happy with my new stereo.
