how do i pry this open (already broke 2 flat heads )
anyone have any ideas?

try a small center punch. they are harder than your screwdrivers

Never pry the tab. It will break your tools. Instead use the flat head as a chisel and hammer the bend out. Make the flat head vertical to the bend and pound it.

Um no, your all wrong. Use a strong impact gun or a breaker bar if you have no air and the nut will come rite off. The metal is not that strong and I have never had to pry that divit up by hand first. Elbow grease will do the trick...

i recommend this also. your always supposed to use a new nut anyways, and since you shouldn't be marring any threads up, i always just turn the wrench. it just stops the nut if it gets loose. it won't stop your breaker bar.
