Default water in my oil

i was wondering how much damage could water in my oil do.... my car sat outside while my valvecover was being powdercoated and i think condensation could've got in my oil and fucked something up? is it possible?

Drain it right away, get another oil filter, refill it and see the outcome.

Before you put the valve cover back on pour 1 quart of oil over your valve train to flush the water out. And then do a simple oil cahnge

One more thing. It might be best to let the car warm up to full operating temperature and then let it idle for a few minutes at full temperature before driving away. This will ensure that (1) the water will evaporate away rather than mix with the oil, and (2) the engine is running slow to reduce possible wear problems resulting from water that HAS already mixed with oil.
