Default Waht can it be, car jerked on highway

I was driving down the highway this morning, i was doing about well i dont know but i was in 5th at 4500 rpms and the car jerked and when i gave it gas is wouldnt go, but then all of a sudden just started working within seconds. I got a check engine light and got the same code that i had before 7 which is TPS throttle position sensor, what could this problem be, still showing cel?

Same thing happened to me, but it was after I pressure washed my engine bay. It went away for me, maybe because it finally dried up in there. In your case, check your TPS...
