Default tranny question

today i was driving and after about 20 minutes of street driving it started to get harder to get it in the different gears.

i almost couldnt get it in first and second near the end of my travel.

it usually is pretty smooth atleast for the first few minutes of driving.

no leaks and it has new tranny fluid.

could it be heat? shift linkage moved or something? clutch engagement change?

With your car turned off in your driveway, push in the clutch and try shifting into all your gears. Is it easy? If so, then you probably need to adjust your cable.

You have to press in the clutch and give it a couple seconds first or else it will grind anyway.
