i got a problem with my tranny im not sure what kind of tranny it is its got a hell of a close gear ration like 4g at 70mph well i let my foot of the clutch and it starts making a noise but when i disengage clutch it stop i thought it was my throw out bearing but it cant be if it comes on with the clutch engaged i think it might be the front case bearing not sure any help would be great thanks.

Neutral Bearing or something like that, usually caused by ripping 1st through the neutral area into 2nd and so on. Calm down on your shifts.

Sounds like input shaft bearing(s).

oh yeah anyone know if the y1 is better than the s1

Better for what?

S1 is better for Acceleration but bad for fuel econo.

Y1 is better for top speed and decent on fuel econo.
