Throttle Position Sensor
I recently changed the throttle body on my 00EK from stock to a 68mm skunk2. However, it did not come with another TPS. How do I remove the TPS from my stock trottle body to put on the skunk2 throttle body. It looks like its held on with rivets or something like that. PLEASE HELP ME.....(I think its making my VTEC not work)

Re: Throttle Position Sensor (00EKjohn)
hmm maybe cut them off?
Or dremel in a " - " style cut in them so you can screw it off with a flathead screw driver

the way we did it on my TB was take a punch and knock an indention in the rivet and then just kept tapping it in a counter clockwise direction until we could unscrew it by hand.

You can either dremel a little slot and twist it off to reuse the same screws. Or if you have more screws, just dremel grind the rivet completley down and just pull the tps off. I've done it both ways, neither take more than 10minutes.
