anyone rockin a sri tube with the stock airbox? i was gonna order a better tube and wanted to see if any one would work, i dont want it to be too short and not reach the box... just as long as its for my car and motor it should work, right? i wanna keep the stock airbox with a k&n in it...

or should i buy the one piece cold air tube? like this.. since it will be longer, then cut it?

Hey I actually kept the stock airbox on my car and took some galvanized tubing, I think 2.5 inches and put one bend in it, about 45 degrees and then used two silicon couplings to connect to the throttle body an to the air box. Looks nice and acceleration feels better. So I'm sure with the right size tubing it'll work

yea im just tryin to figure out if a generic sri will match up to the box, if not ill buy a cai tube...

This might be kind of old, but no one really answered this. You can use a B16 intake arm from an Si or VTEC Del Sol. It's got a 65MM inner diameter and will fit perfectly with your stock box.
