Default resistor box

I recently just did a b16 swap in my 91 civic si. I used the rywire obd1 conversion harness since i was ordering an obd1 motor. I am having a problem with the engine boging under accleration, and sometimes its really bad. I did a full tune up, checked everything-wiring, air in collant system, and everything seems fine. My question is that if I am running obd1, with obd1 injectors, do I need touse the stovk si resistor box? I am wondering if my injectors are not getting the corect voltage, thus making the car run like crap. hopefully someone knows..

Regardless of what you are running for management, the injectors need to match the box. That is, OBD0 injectors need a box, OBD1 do not. You need to remove the resistor box.

I'd say just get some OBD0 injectors...easier than rewiring and then if you do boost eventually yo can get some DSM 450s and already have the resistor box wired up for them

um, did you get an engine conversion harness from rywire or just a jumper harness?

I just bought a ecu conversion harness-just soldered them all together, no more bogging during accleration..

nevermind, engine still bogs under accleration, and when I start off in first gear, I slip the clutch to engage, give it a little gas, and it bogs. So far I have changed cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, pcv, removed resistor box, "map sensor knock", changed map sensor out for pm6(stock), checked timing, checked regulator, no misfires, no cels either.. If someone could help me figure this out, they wil be rewarded!- 91 civic si b16a-obd1-rywire ecu conversion harness.
