Re: My 90 DX Sedan Second Chance Build
Well today god has blessed me with a 51 degree day at the end of december strange i know but hey im not complaining. I got my wagon side skirts put on and put on the lip that i had laying around from my hatch which is only temp cause it looks like crap and is cut to short. I figured id post some pics of them up so you guys can see if anyone is following, and the skirts will look better when i get my mudflaps in to cover up the end on the fender but since my car isnt going anywhere for a couple more weeks it will be fine as it. Another update there is this guy i kno that has some skunk 2 coil sleeves that his wife is making him get rid of and i've hooked him up in the past on some parts so he is selling me the skunk2's for $25 brand new woohoo and i'm also going to pick up a auto trans with only 80k on it for $65 so she should be on the road next weekend
Heres the pics with the lip & skirts:

I say ditch the auto. I never trust old cars and auto trans because you wont find one rebuilt or under 100k miles so imo its not worth it to change out trannys every few years. And as far as replacing the auto tranny its fairly easy. Remove suspension, remove mounts, remove axles, drain tranny, remove bolts from belhousing to engine, remove flywheel bolts, and wiggle out. That was the breif version but its a lil more involved.

So it should be here at the beginning of feb. I also might be moving the dx to a buddies garage to work on it in the heat. I'll keep you guys more posted its one of my new years promises to myself to build my dream 4g Ef2 replica.
