My 90 DX Sedan Second Chance Build
Well my other sedan was dug so far into a hole that there was no saving it so i sold it, and Went and picked up This 1990 Honda Civic Sedan Dx For $200 with the problem of it not wanting to move when put in gear. It came from Las Vegas which means no cancer and its stupid clean but has been in Kentucky for 4 years now. So with this its my second chance to do this one right from scratch without it already being molested.
Here's some specs on her:
Dx Trim
187k
Auto Trans
D15b2
Pewter Gray Metallic Clearcoat Exterior
Gray Interior
Wicked Tuning CatBack Installed Already
Tinted Windows
Plans For Winter:
Intstall Lip (Which Is Undecided On A Certain One)
Kyb Gas Struts W/ Skunk2 or Ground Control Sleeves
Install My Civic Wagon Sideskirts
Things to Source During Winter:
Zc Vtec LongBlock
MPFI Swap Materials
5 Speed Swap Componets
Roof Rack
Wheels
Overall Goals:
Swapped but not crazy fast just a little more go power
JDM EF2 Front End
And Just To A Super Clean Sedan
Earn A Spot on The EFSS
Well Here She Is Loaded Up And Ready To Come Home:
Here She Is At Home Parked By Her Sister (My Wife's Early Christmas Present)
I Will Have Interior And Bay Pictures Up Tomorrow. Feel Free To Comment Or Add Suggestions

GL with the EFSS, that "squad" is a joke anymore, the creator is never even on anymore, doesn't own a sedan anymore, hasn't for YEARS, and when he does get on, his usual thing is, Nice pics, how've you guys been? He's a cool *** person, but he should pass the torch to someone because he is failing at keeping up with what he started.

There are quite a few guys that are not in the "sedan squad" that could probably teach you more than a lot of the people on the squad. Don't get me wrong, there are some cool guys that are in, but most of them are not too intelligent, and the ones that are, never really get on much.

Re: My 90 DX Sedan Second Chance Build
I appreciate the comments, unfortunately I lost my job just before Thanksgiving, so my build has been put on the back burner. Right now I've just been helping friends, one has an ef 4 door as well, the other I'm doing his wiring on his converted to RHD DB8.
If you need harness work done when you get your swap, lmk, I do all kinds of harness work.

Re: My 90 DX Sedan Second Chance Build
Hey guys thanks for the comments, this cold weather and 7 inches of snow is really puttin a damper on things. I've decided to wait til after winter to slam it cause of the snow and what not. If the weather lets me i'm going to go to the junkyard to get some mud flaps cause this car just isnt complete without them or if anyone has some jdm oem ones they are looking to sell please let me kno.
Update:
I lifted up the dash mat that came with the car and its quite gross i found out why they bought one for the car lol. it has sticky gunk everywhere and a crack with a screw in it in the tray right above the center vents. so i'm going to clean it up as much as possible until i can find another gray dash or if anyone has any tips on how to fix please let me know. I'll post pics later showing the damage. And for a second i thought i actually wouldnt have to do any fab work to the car but i guess you cant always win a 100% completely clean car lol. If anyone has a auto tranny in their sedan and has had the same problem as me where it will go into gear but wont move please let me know cause i dont kno the first thing about auto trans. The thing is it sounds like it knows its in gear but it just wont move and the previous owner said that it was shifting hard into 3rd gear and one day he parked when he got home from work and went out the next day and it wouldnt move. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly apprecitated.
