GSR shifter fitment in crx
After doing some searching i found out the stock GSR shifter is too wide for the crx linkage... i read that others just grinded down the shifter to fit in the linkage. Is this a true. How much bigger is the shifter? so how much is grinded down?
Does anyone have pics of a stock GSR shifter out of the car??

Re: GSR shifter fitment in crx (89civicdx)
It has a slightly shorter throw than civic shifters. I use the gsr shifter in my cars, you don't really need anything shorter. Short shifters = grinding trannys

get a b&m shifter, it is designed to fit 88-00 civic's & it also fits tegs (i forgot all model years), but it utilizes teh bushings that are on your current shifter to fit properly.
